These bracelets are to help nursing moms. You simply put the bracelet on the wrist of the same side as the breast to nurse from. When you're done feeding, just switch the bracelet to the other wrist and forget about it....you have plenty of other things on your mind!!!! They are made from elastic so they are easy to take off and put back on. Most of them are simple and neutral in colors so they can be worn with anything.
